SimplyBG Forum - Southwest Airlines Wifi Issue

Just thought you might want to know that Southwest Airlines seems to have a new WIFI internet provider for their flights. Viasat.

The problem with this is that I can no longer access SimplyBG while in the air. That didn't used to be the case and it is NOT the case with American Airlines.

Richard, Thanks for bringing this to my attention. When you say "can no longer access SimplyBG" ... do you remember seeing a specific screen or message? Next opportunity, please grab a screenshot of the page while trying to load. Thank you.
